MOBILIZATION

The PDA 1020 operates with two linear actuators, which are high-tech electric devices that convert the rotational motion of low-voltage DC motors into linear push/pull movements. It features a two-motor electric bed designed for intensive care units, equipped with a four-joint bed platform.

ABS BED PLATFORM

The PDA 1020 bed has a 71 cm x 171 cm bed platform designed to provide the highest level of patient comfort. The platform is made from ABS plastic, making it easy to clean, disinfect, and remove. Specially designed ventilation channels facilitate air circulation and reduce humidity. The ABS bed platform is made from recyclable materials that allow for sanitation, including polypropylene (PP) and silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs). The four sections are washable, easy to remove, and clean, featuring integrated bed stoppers with rounded edges and no sharp corners.

SIDE RAILS

The PDA series electric hospital bed features foldable four-section safety side rails made from specially designed ergonomic aluminum. This design enhances patient mobilization and saves healthcare staff time on cleaning and disinfection. The side rail design, crafted for extra safety, complies with CE EN 60601-2-52 standards, reaching a height of 38 cm above the bed platform for total lateral protection. The side rails consume only 4 cm of lateral space, utilizing less area and allowing for effortless one-handed lowering.

CONTROL UNITS

  • HAND CONTROL

The advanced hand control designed for high-quality CURA series hospital beds features soft-touch buttons and LED indicators, with an IPX6 protection rating suitable for washing. This control offers users various adjustment options, with movement patterns displayed on the control, thereby enhancing efficiency while serving patients.

WHEELS

The PDA series electric bed comes standard with Ø 125 mm, washable, lockable wheels. The design is pleasant and straightforward for easy cleaning and disinfection.

MINIMUM HEIGHT INDICATORS

When the bed reaches its lowest position, a light on the control panels indicates this, and it automatically stops. The height indicator on the control is red. When the bed is at its lowest position, the light turns green, reducing the risk of falls.

STOP MECHANISM

The foot section can be manually adjusted using gear rails to accommodate reverse knee movements.
